組織策劃Activities as Curator：
１、2000年開始組建“上苑藝術(shù)館（中國(guó)現(xiàn)代建筑博物館）”——組織策劃、組織設(shè)計(jì)、組織資金、組織建筑實(shí)施……完成二十一個(gè)不同原創(chuàng)藝術(shù)建筑群所組成，總占地面積：30000平方米，總建筑面積：19700平方米。于2007年10月建設(shè)完成。

1. Since 2000, she has been
working on the construction of the Shangyuan Art Museum (also known as the
China Modern Architecture Museum). Shangyuan Art Museum consists of 21 original
architectures occupying a total area of 30,000 square meters. The total floor
area of the buildings is 19,000 square meters. The total investment is 70
million Yuan. All funds are raised by the artists live in Shangyuan.
Construction of the Shangyuan Art Museum Exhibition Hall and dormitories was finished
in October 2007.

２、2007年開始創(chuàng)建“上苑國(guó)際創(chuàng)作計(jì)劃”（藝術(shù)駐留）。為多種不同門類的藝術(shù)家，提供跨界的藝術(shù)交流平臺(tái)、生活空間、創(chuàng)作工作室和展覽場(chǎng)地。每年有二十－三十位來(lái)自世界各地的藝術(shù)家在館進(jìn)行為期7個(gè)月創(chuàng)作與交流。目前已成功舉辦了六屆“國(guó)際創(chuàng)作計(jì)劃”，成為中國(guó)唯一一個(gè)在國(guó)際上獨(dú)享盛譽(yù)的藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作機(jī)構(gòu)，

2. Since 2007, Shangyuan
International Residency Program has been receiving artists from all around the
world. It provides artists from different disciplines a platform for exchanging
ideas, living spaces and studios and exhibition space. Every year, there are
around 20 to 30 artists come to stay in the museum for around 7 month. Till
now, it has been running successfully for 9 years, and became the only Chinese
art facility famous for its residency program around the world.

3、從2009年開始組織國(guó)際藝術(shù)家交換計(jì)劃，目前已與美國(guó)紐約洲立大學(xué)、威斯康辛大學(xué)、明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)、明尼蘇達(dá)藝術(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院建立起了藝術(shù)家交換計(jì)劃；2012年開始與上苑藝術(shù)家聯(lián)合會(huì)共同建立，與印度政府文化部新德里藝術(shù)區(qū)及印度果阿邦藝術(shù)基金的藝術(shù)家交換計(jì)劃。
3. Since 2009, it has established
exchange partnership with New York State University, University of Wisconsin-River
Falls, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Since
2012, along with Shangyuan Artists Association, a relationship of exchange
program with Delhi Art District by Indian Culture Ministry and VICE~VERSA
Foundation in Goa, India was established.
