【上苑藝術沙龍】冥想、東方傳統和藝術-金振豹博士主講

人性當中有理性的一面，也有非理性的一面。理性的一面發展為科學和哲學，非理性的一面發展為宗教和藝術。這兩者如陰陽之兩極。它們可以互相激發，推動生命的不斷發展，也可以互相沖突，讓人處于與自我，與世界的緊張對立之中。不斷深入地理解這兩者之間的關聯，不管是對于科學的追求，還是對于藝術的追求，都具有極為重要的意義。故而德國詩人和哲學家席勒指出：正是經由美的大門，我們才能到達知識的彼岸。
The human nature has its rational andirrational dimensions. The rational dimension relates to science andphilosophy, while the irrational dimension relates to religion and art. Bothare like Yin and Yang. They may activate each other and drive the endlessdevelopment of life, or conflict with each other and have us trapped in tighttension with ourselves as well as with the outside world. To understand therelationship between the rational and irrational dimensions of the humanity isvery important for both science and art.
而在這方面，東方的道家、佛家和儒家的傳統對于我們更為理性地認識人性當中非理性的一面意義重大。尤其是道家思想對于在肉體和精神之間起橋梁和紐帶作用的能量，即氣的認知和把握在各大文化傳統當中獨樹一幟。人的所有的感受、情感和神秘體驗都與能量有關。人對美的感受以及對自身身心健康的把握同樣與能量有關。以道家思想為基礎的冥想和打坐正是從對能量的體驗出發，幫助我們不斷深入地認識肉體和靈魂的奧秘。
The eastern tradition including Taoism,Buddhism and Confucianism can help us to understand the irrational dimension ofhumanity. Especially Taoism contributes to the understanding of energy which isthe mediating element between body and soul. All the senses, perception andmysterious experience of the human being relate to energy. Meditation based onTaoism begins with experience of energy, which guides us through theexploration of the secret of body and soul.
金振豹博士曾為南京師范大學法學院教師、北京中倫律師事務所律師，精通英語和德語。2012年因被診斷患為淋巴癌，開始通過長途騎行和靜坐走上自我療愈之路，進而對我國的道家、佛家和儒家傳統文化產生濃厚的興趣。作為一名學者，金振豹博士相信靜修打坐對人身心的意義是可以用科學與理性的方式去探索和把握的。在五年多總共長達4000多個小時的靜修實證的基礎上，金振豹博士廣泛研究道家、佛家和儒家經典以及中外相關哲學文獻，大量撰寫與靜修打坐、中醫、哲學、宗教比較、教育等主題有關的研究文章。從2015年起，金振豹博士在北京、南京、上海、深圳、廣州、海口、溫州以及德國、美國和葡萄牙等地面向中外人士做有關靜修、傳統文化和教育的講座和工作坊。
Dr. Jin Zhenbao has been a lawyer andlecturer of law. In 2012, after he was diagnosed to have lymphoma, he startedto heal himself through long distance cycling and meditation. He believes it’spossible to understand meditation in a scientific and rational way. Throughmore than 4000 hours of meditation since 2013 and extensive research intoTaoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, philosophy, anthroposophy, etc., he has writtenmore than 200 articles on meditation and relating issues. Since 2015, he hasbeen given lectures and workshops on meditation, Chinese tradition, education,etc. in China, Germany and Portugal.
在這過程中金振豹博士也越來越意識到靜修與藝術之間相互促進的關系。靜修讓人的感官變得更加敏銳，而藝術體驗和創作能夠幫助人們更進一步地打開自己的身心感官。金振豹博士將于5月18日（周五）晚上7:30點到9:30點在上苑藝術館主持“冥想、東方傳統和藝術”沙龍，和駐館藝術家們進行深入交流。沙龍將先由金振豹博士介紹他對于冥想、道家、佛家和儒家傳統以及音樂、舞蹈、美術等藝術體驗的心得，并帶領聽眾進行十分鐘左右的靜修體驗。之后進入交流和討論環節。
Dr.Jin Zhenbao believes meditation and art can benefit from each other. He willgive a seminar on Meditation, Eastern Tradition and Art in the evening of 18May (Fraiday), 19:30-21:30. There will also be 10 minutes of guided meditationexperience. Depending on the nationalities of the audience, the seminar couldbe held in bilingual.
