2023國際創(chuàng)作計劃開幕展于5月20日下午三點正式舉行，社會各界藝術(shù)家及愛好者300多人云集上苑藝術(shù)館。他們參與了多項互動——“書寫詩歌”、身體藝術(shù)、舞蹈、行為藝術(shù)……。為三年疫情后的一次藝術(shù)的釋放。此次藝術(shù)展正如博伊斯在上世紀(jì)提出的“人人都是藝術(shù)家”，創(chuàng)造力并不是藝術(shù)家的專利，藝術(shù)不只是藝術(shù)家的作品，一切人的生命力、創(chuàng)造力、想象力皆是藝術(shù)。
The opening exhibition of the 2023 International Creative Plan was officially held at 3 pm on May 20th, with over 300 artists and enthusiasts from all walks of life gathering at the Shangyuan Art Museum.
They participated in many interactions - "writing poetry", body art, dance, performance art. For a release of art after three years of the pandemic.
This art exhibition, as Boyce proposed in the last century, "Everyone is an artist". Creativity is not an artist’s patent, art is not just an artist’s work, and everyone’s vitality, creativity, and imagination are all art.
