自述:

五個月時間，在本身就遠離塵囂的上苑藝術館內，我又幾乎每天從早到晚待在工作室中，于窗戶上貼滿報紙的封閉空間里，面對著我近年來使用的紡織媒材，以刺繡、拼布、布偶等手工為元素，長時間保持著與內在自我對話的狀態。舊的自我、創作空間和我所使用的媒材分別對應著母體、胎盤和臍帶，我在孕育一個全新的自我。舊的自我長時間沉浸在情緒和思考的氛圍中，慢慢地消解，又不斷為新生命供給能量，我感受到內在生命力量的萌動。有時候我又會從新舊自我中完全抽離出來，在情緒和理性雙重維度上以他者的視角來審視這一過程。“孕育”的過程除了實現繁殖出更優質后代的生物學意義外，也在心理學意義上使母體的生命圓滿，人的健康需要心靈不斷的孕育與新生。“我要變得更好”就是一種自我的繁殖感，繁殖感讓生命生生不息，推動著人類社會的運行。藝術于我是一次心靈的療愈之旅，它將我帶至廣袤無垠的永恒之地。我始終堅定地依循自己精神成長的內在邏輯，通過對自我的不斷解構與重構來追問生命的意義。生命的意義從來不應是向外的尋求，而應是向內的建立，只活在生理層面的人永遠無法感知。

Self Statement

For five months I stayed in my studio, located in the Shangyuan Art Museum, far away from the city. I covered the studio’s windows with newspapers and faced the fiber materials I have been using in recent years with the handwork of embroidery, patchwork and puppet etc., which were elements of my art, while maintaining the state of monologue from morning till night, almost every day. The old self, the creating space and the media I used corresponded respectively with the maternal body, the placenta and the umbilical cord. I was breeding a whole new self. The old self immersed in the atmosphere of emotion and thinking, disappearing slowly, but still constantly energizing the new life. I felt the stirrings of inner life force. Sometimes I pulled my awareness out of the old and the new self to scan the process in both emotional and rational dimensions. Apart from the biological meaning of producing the better offspring, the process of breeding has the psychological meaning of prompting the completeness of the maternal body’s life. People’s minds need constant creating and rebirth to keep healthy. The saying, “I will become better”, is the sense of breeding which lets life grow and pushes forward the human society. For me, art is the journey of spiritual healing which takes me to the boundless expanse of eternal space. I will always doubtlessly follow the internal logic of my own spiritual development, seeking the meaning of life by deconstruction and reconstruction of the self. The meaning of life cannot be sought from the outside; it has to be established from the inner world. The people who are only living on biological level would never reach it.

龍姝在上苑“閉關”，靜修，細細地雕琢屬于自己的時光。她善于運用生活中的紗性材料來幫助實現其表達的需要，在她是一種轉化形式的過程存在，那一針一線是有著呼吸的。作品極具女性意識，一片極靜的“純”，自然明晰簡潔自信，這合她的性情合她的品味也合她的信念！

在這方難得的“靜土”，她隨著日常生活而自在自為，作品是每個日子的痕跡，看鳥的羽毛在空氣中和著斜斜陽光里的微塵飄忽再飄忽看墻上壁虎那斷掉的尾巴一天一天地慢慢生長……，彌足了個人空間思緒的私密——掩在垂簾里。有一種深度不在別處，即在生活里，平平淡淡的真！一位藝術家作品氣息養成，得自于其全部生活的社會經歷，是個人經驗的自我揭示，正是這種來自生活的日常體驗，使之作品別具穿透力！

這便應了那句“赤子孤獨了，會創造一個世界”！

2017年駐館藝術家王松柏：

龍姝是一位感覺極為敏銳、心思極為細膩、行事言語極為性情的藝術家。通過感悟身邊物事是非、時間消逝、花開花謝、夢醒殘憶等亦實亦虛現象，轉換為心理文學藝術的虛擬材料。她在胸中壘起屬于她自己的一座樓閣亭臺，其曲徑通幽，不染一塵。她在這亭子關心觀物，每有所感悟，遂用繪畫或織物刺繡等材料來表達那種東方神秘的、細膩豐富的、潔白純樸的意境和物鏡，同時流露出一種莫名的憂傷和淡淡的悲憫之情。

藝術家簡介：

藝術家在上苑藝術館工作室中

龍姝，青年藝術家，四川成都人，自幼習畫。2014年于廣州美術學院美術教育專業獲學士學位，2010于年華南師范大學發展與教育心理學專業獲碩士學位，2006于年安徽財經大學工商管理專業獲學士學位。曾從事過五年雜志美術編輯的工作，現創作生活于廣州。

Introduction of the Artist

Long Shu, a young visual artist, born in Chengdu, P. R. China. She began her painting career since childhood. Although did not directly take the program of fine arts after high school, she received Bachelor of Arts from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2014, Long Shu also received Master of Psychology from South China Normal University in 2010 and Bachelor of Management from Anhui Finance and Economics University in 2006. From 2010 to 2014, she worked as art editor for magazines in Guangzhou. At the same time, she has immersed herself in painting and artistic creation on her own. Her unconventional path and prior experience enabled her to have a broadened view, and they serve as the fountain of inspiration to her which becomes her unique strength in the art making process.
