出生于河北省石家莊市。2008年考入吉林藝術學院，師從美術學院油畫第二工作室楊思遠老師， 2013年考入意大利佛羅倫薩美術學院，師從Mauro·Betti教授，攻讀新藝術語言表現專業（繪畫）。

Xue Chang was born in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province, she began to study in the Academy of Arts of Jilin from 2008. She followed Prof. Yang Siyuan when she was in the school.
