Primary School Art Teacher Grades 3, 4, 5, 6 Developing a connection between
the Exploration Unit and the Art department, creating lessons that link to EU
topics.
Secondary School Art Teacher as well for the first year here to help get things
started at the new school- 2011 to 2012 Grade 7
In the Secondary School, I was responsible for developing curriculum towards
the goal of an IB Art program. I had previously written an AP curriculum that
was approved at Chadwick School in California. I taught year 7, which was the
only grade in this new school, developed interdisciplinary projects including a
tree house project, which included Art, Humanities, IT and English, and worked
on the overall art decoration committee including the installation of an
exhibit based on the tree house project.
